What is the aftercare for Laser hair removal?
A :

Laser hair removal must not be waxed or threading 4 weeks prior to your appointment. As well as must not use sun beds or fake tan four weeks prior to treatment. Results will vary according to skin and hair type.

How many sessions do I need for Laser hair removal?
A :

The amount of sessions for laser hair removal can vary from person to person, the thicker and darker of the hair the more sessions would require but usually for normal hair type. 6 -12 treatments will give you a reduction up to 80%. We recommend maintenance treatments 2-3 time per year. Persons with a hormone imbalance condition will required more maintenance treatment.

We offer 2 type of facials

 

  1. Superficial facial treatments including Hydradermabration, Organic facial, Acne extraction with Clay mask, Jessner’s peel, Peptide peel and IPL treatment. 

  2. Advance facials including Fraction Co2 and PRP Microneedle

To ensure you continually benefit from your selected facial treatment, we highly recommend you return for treatment every 4 - 6 weeks for Superficial facial treatments, at least 8 weeks for PRR and microneedle and at least 12 weeks for Fractional co2.    Duration between treatment longer than this period can curtail the anticipated results.

How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A :

Clients can change their own appointments using a link included in their appointment confirmation email.

 

We require 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment and you will be charging a cancellation fee if it’s a last-minute cancellation. 

 

To avoid running late to appointment, we advised clients to arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment.

 

We are close on Sunday and Monday.

To provide you with the most appropriate treatment, we will need you to complete a consent form to proceed with the treatments on the day and ongoing treatments.

Ensure you read the entire consent form and understand the risks and complications associated with your selected treatment as well as the benefit of the treatment. All information is strictly confidential.

Who is not appropriate for treatments?
A :

Contraindication or clients with medical issues includes have open wound, cuts or abrasions, current skin infection, condition, allergies, herpes simplex in the area to be treated. Have any history of keloid or hypertrophic scars or poor wound healing, heavy cigarette smokers and underlying sepsis. Have abnormal platelet function or anti coagulation therapy.

What’s happened after treatment?
A :

Within 48 hours of treatment: Avoid massaging, rubbing the area. Skin care routine to be applied daily. Improvement in skin quality, texture and appearance may show after a few days.
