PRP with Microneedling
What is the vampire facial?
The term The vampire facial is typically used to refer to Microneedling with PRP (plate rich plasma). Traditional micro needling is used to treat everything from dull and wrinkles and scarring. PRP boost these effects and help you achieve your desired results faster.
How does PRP and DermaPen works?
The micro-needles cause thousands of stimulating dermal “injuries” to the skin. This induces a natural response that produces new collagen. Micro needling with PRP is a corrective treatment that improve skin texture such as wrinkles, scarring and tightness. It can be used on all skin types from light to dark skins. As opposed to laser treatment of skin, there is less chance of pigmentation problems after treatment.
The DermaPen treatment offered at Beauty 911 size ranging from 0.5mm to 3 mm strictly an in-clinic procedure. PRP contains the proteins stimulating the release of growth factors and cytokines helping the skin tissues to repair itself.
What to expect from PRP injection process?
A nurse will draw a sample of your blood. The blood is placed into a centrifuge. This machine spins around very quickly, causing the blood components to separate. The separation process takes about 15 minutes. A nurse takes the separated plasma and prepares it for injection. We use french made meso -therapy injector gun as providing delicacy and avoiding pressure which causes pain and allow continuous injection frequency from 1 every 3 seconds to 300 per minute.
Is it painful?
How PRP and DermaPen treatment will feel depends on the depth, area of the treatment and the individual tolerance for pain. An application of numbing cream is use during the treatment to keep away from pain and discomfort. Swelling is normal for approximately 1 - 2 days.
How long does the results last?
Generally, you should see the treatment beginning to work as your skin starts to heal within five days after your first treatment. Within six to eight weeks you are ready for your next session where the positive results will then begin to become cumulative as your skin’s natural ability to produce collagen is stimulated. As we continue to age and continue to be exposed to environment factors, it is important to wear sun screen protection and have a good skin care routine after the procedure in order to maximise results. Another benefit of PRP and Micro needing treatment is that the renewed skin is better able to absorb the nutrients from your skincare products, so they work more efficiently and cost-effectively for ongoing results.
For optimum results, we recommend 6 PRP + DermaPen 4 treatments, spaced 8-10 weeks apart.
