Plate Rich Plasma + Microneeding + Led Light therapy $229 per treatment
PRP is considered to be a safe natural treatment , most minimally invasive procedures aim to maintain the overlying epidermis while creating dermal injury; therefore, stimulating wound repair and neocollagenesis.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a highly concentrated autologous serum that is rich in growth factors and cytokines such as platelet-derived growth factor, transforming growth factor, insulin-like growth factor, and vascular endothelial growth factor. As we age, less collage is produced causing sagging, wrinkles, and soft tissues depression. PRP therapy stimulates collagen production in the exact areas of concern where we want the skin to repair and rejuvenate itself.
Microneedling, or collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a device that contains fine needles. These needles are used to puncture the skin at various depths to create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture creates a channel that stimulates neovascularization and neocollagenesis to fill these microscopic wounds.
A variety of microneedling devices exist with needle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 mm. Outcomes of microneedling vary based on the device, the depth of needle penetration, frequency of needle penetration, and the number of passes.2 The needles traumatically create pores in the dermis, which stimulates the release of growth factors and cytokines.
The growth factors and cytokines in turn stimulate collagen, elastin, and neovascularization.3 microneedling initiates collagen synthesis, specifically collagens I, III, and VII.4 Needling sessions are typically spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart. Microneedling has minimal side effects and can be used safely in clients with skin types III-VI in addition to clients with a history of melasma
The technique involve using the French made injectable gun or applied topically onto the skin. Immediately after the session the patient had erythema and pinpoint bleeding.
Applications of microneedling and PRP may include treating surgical scars and acne scars. 1 month post treatment session with improvement of skin firmness, radiance, fine lines, skin texture, and hydration as well as subtle skin tightening.
Surprisingly, comfortable treatment with minimal discomfort, almost painless.
Microneedling should be avoided in patients with a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring, inflammatory dermatoses, history of herpes simplex virus in perioral area, or any type of growth in the target area. Absolute contraindications for microneedling include scleroderma, collagen vascular disease, clotting disorders, active infection, and immunosuppression.
LED stands for light-emitting diode. These lights have been in use since the 1960s, but people have only recently begun to use them as a skin treatment.
NASA originally developed LED lights for plant growth experiments in space.
However, since then, LEDs have shown promising results in wound healing and human tissue growth.
Different wavelengths of light in LED lights, including blue and red, penetrate the skin at different depths. This penetration may trigger biological processes that help the skin rejuvenate and heal.
Experts believe that blue LED light reduces activity in the sebaceous glands, which are small oil-producing glands in the skin. This reduction in activity causes the glands to produce less oil, possibly improving acne symptoms.
Animal research indicates that blue light can improve the healing of third degree burns.
Collagen is a protein in the skin and other connective tissues. It plays a role in skin healing. The body produces less collagen as a person ages, which causes the skin to show signs of ageing.
Red light also reduces skin inflammation.
Uses and benefits
LED light therapy can help treat a variety of skin problems, including:
signs of aging, including wrinkles and age spots
other inflammatory skin conditions
One of the main benefits of LED light therapy is its safety record. According to research, LED light therapy has an excellent safety profile.
It does not contain UV rays, which can be harmful to the skin. Therefore, LED therapy is suitable for regular use.
Unlike chemical peels or laser therapy, LED light therapy does not cause burns. The treatment is also safe for all types and colors of skin.
When it comes to cosmetic procedures, a review of several studies indicates that LED light therapy devices can improve a range of skin conditions, including psoriasis and mild-to-moderate acne.
According to the American Academy of Dermatology, most people with acne will see an improvement in their symptoms from using LED light therapy, but they should not expect all acne to clear.
It is necessary to have several treatment sessions before noticing an improvement in skin appearance. People usually see the best results several weeks after their last treatment.
It may also be necessary to have follow-up sessions to maintain these results.
Individuals should not use LED therapy if they take certain medications, such as isotretinoin (Accutane), for acne or use topical treatments that cause sensitivity to sunlight.

immediate and long lasting results without the downtime and discomfort. Ekseption peels do not contain any nasties such as preservatives, ammonium hydroxide and tromethamine and are non-photosensitising so they can be used all year long.
Types of Chemical Peel
Chemical Peels are classed as Superficial, Medium or Deep depending on the depth to which the skin is peeled.
1. Superficial Peels
This type of peel removes only the very uppermost layers of the skin. Accordingly, it will only make the skin look fresher and feel smoother. It will not remove wrinkles, freckles, sunspots or brown blotches.
This peel usually is carried out as a simple walk-in, walk-out office procedure.
There is minimal or no discomfort after the treatment. The Peeling Agent is being applied for less than 3 mins
Superficial peels can be repeated every month if necessary. Complications with Superficial Peels are very uncommon.
2. Medium Peel
This is by far our most commonly performed Chemical Peel.
You may also take comfort in the fact that after a Chemical Peel your skin will NOT end up thinner than it was prior to the Peel. The reason for this is that on completion of healing, the skin will have returned to its former thickness. This is why Peels can be safely repeated without the risk of creating thinner skin each time!
A Medium Peel removes skin to a greater depth than a Superficial Peel. It can improve very fine wrinkles, especially around the eyes. It cannot, however, remove those wrinkles that reach deeper than the depth of the peel.
The entire procedure takes around 60 minutes. Immediately after the procedure, the skin will be mildly red, freckles and brown blotches will look darker and the skin will feel ‘tight’ like mild sunburn but you will have NO pain at all.
Over the next few days your skin becomes progressively darker until the peeling starts on or about the 4th day. The peeling usually commences around the mouth, continues over the rest of the face and should be completed by the 7th or 8th day. During the peeling, you will have NO ‘raw’ areas of skin simply because as your old skin is peeling off, your new skin has already formed under it.
Once the skin has completely peeled, you can resume wearing make-up, Complications with Medium Peels are very uncommon.
3. Deep Peels
Owing to their potential complications, Deep Chemical Peels have been largely replaced by Laser Skin Resurfacing which offers similar results but with greater control and safety – factors essential when working in the deeper layers of the skin.
For these reasons, we do not offer Deep Peels. Laser Skin Resurfacing, Microneeding with PRP can deliver similar results without the loss of skin colour that usually follows a Deep Peel.
Who is suitable for a Medium Chemical Peel?
Chemical Peeling is best suited to individuals with fair skin, olive or Asian skin are generally suitable for Medium/Deep Peels as they have a higher risk of pigmentation complications after these peels. They may be better suited to a Superficial Peel. Our Consultant will advise as to which peel your skin is best suited.
How long will the improvement last?
This will depend on the individual, the type and depth of the peel and their future sun exposure. Generally, the rejuvenation achieved with a Medium Peel should last for years. The more you protect your skin from sun exposure the longer that improvement will last.
What precautions are necessary after a Chemical Peel?
To maintain your improvement for as long as possible, you must protect your new skin from exposure to the sun and ultraviolet light for at least 3 months after a Chemical Peel. This is because your new skin is initially very sensitive to the sun and ultraviolet light after growing out from the protective depths of the hair follicles.
